1. General terms

Welcome to SCANDBOOKING. By using our platform, you accept these terms of service. Please read them carefully before making a purchase.

SCANDBOOKING is a ticket sales platform that connects event organisers with audiences. We continuously work to deliver the best experience for our customers.

2. Ticket purchase

When you purchase tickets through SCANDBOOKING, you enter into a binding agreement. For ordinary event tickets, all prices are stated in the currency shown and include VAT, unless otherwise stated. Table bookings (see below) are priced separately: list prices for tables are shown excluding VAT and service fees, and the total you pay is shown at checkout including VAT and any applicable fees.

• Tickets can only be purchased by persons over 18 years of age
• You will receive a confirmation email after purchase
• Your tickets are sent electronically to your email
• You are responsible for storing your tickets securely

3. Payment terms

We accept various payment methods. All transactions are secured and encrypted.

• Payment is made immediately upon purchase
• We use secure SSL encryption
• Credit card information is not stored

4. Right of withdrawal and refund

As a general rule, you do not have the right of withdrawal on tickets for events, as they are time-limited. However, there may be special circumstances:

• If an event is cancelled, the ticket will be fully refunded
• If an event is postponed, you can choose a refund
• Contact us as soon as possible if you have problems

5. Use of tickets

Your tickets are personal and may not be resold without permission.

• Each ticket has a unique QR code
• Tickets can only be used once
• Resale without permission may result in cancellation
• You must be able to present valid ID at the entrance

6. Limitation of liability

SCANDBOOKING is not responsible for changes to events made by the organiser. We only facilitate ticket sales and are not responsible for the actual execution of the event.

We process your personal data in accordance with GDPR. Read more in our privacy policy.

8. Table booking

A table is a distinct product type. You can purchase a table without buying separate event tickets. Entry and/or guest entitlements for the event are included in the table product for the number of guests defined by the organiser for that table and event (as shown on the product page and in your confirmation). That guest count is set in admin; it applies to the table you book.

Prices (excluding VAT and fees): When we show a table price, it is stated excluding VAT and payment or service fees, unless a specific offer explicitly states otherwise. The amount you are charged is always shown at checkout and includes VAT and any applicable fees in line with our payment flow.

Ten-minute reservation in checkout: When you add a table to your cart, that table is held for you for ten (10) minutes while you complete payment. If you do not complete checkout within those ten minutes, the reservation ends: the table may be booked by other customers, your checkout is considered expired, and you must add the table again if you still wish to purchase. You are not charged until the payment is successfully completed.

After purchase: You cannot change or cancel a completed table booking yourself. For changes, cancellation, or refunds, contact SCANDBOOKING (or the event organiser, as stated in your confirmation). Any refund, including refund via our payment provider, is handled in accordance with these terms and the conditions shown at the time of purchase, and may require contact with support.

Access at the door: Your table booking entitles the named number of guests to entry as defined for that booking, subject to the event's age rules, dress code, and door policy.
